Good Cooks Challenge

by gcman105 on July 11, 2009

The Wight Rotary ‘Good Cooks Challenge’ is intended to build on the success of last years local stages of the ‘Rotary Young Chef of the Year’ competition. This year we would like our entrants to focus on using some of our fantastic local produce, wheather it is bought from a local butcher, greengrocer or gathered from their garden.

This year there are 2 competition cateories, the ‘blue’ category is open to individuals aged 12 years to 17 years inclusive (must be under 18 on the 30th. August 2009), whilst the ‘red’ category is open to individuals 18 years and over. The winner from the ‘blue’ category (12 – 17 years) will be eligible and automatically entered into the ‘Rotary Young Chef of the Year’ competition 2010.

Please visit our Good Cooks Challenge page for more details.
